Also one day wifi internet service didnt work in pool area. Also waste hole near toilet was stinky all the time. TV signal was very weak and TV set was old. I had room No.504 !!! with jacuzzi and pool view on the ground floor. In check out also another guy on reception had offensive comments such as U made boom boom? I will never go again to this hotel. But girl stuff behaviour was pleasant and respectfully." |

The rooms is perfect. And the service is good and staff are helpful. However the location is a little far, take the tuk tuk and stop at woodlands resort, still need to walk around 10 mins to the Royal Orchid." |

Staff are very nice; rooms are spacious and clean; the location is very quiet and 4 blocks from the main road. However, there were no little extras like brochures and travel information about Pattaya, no price list for laundry, and the restaurant offered a limited menu. Breakfast was good. This would be a good hotel for families and couples who want a quiet vacation. Tyvärr hade vi problem med utcheckningen i B1 hade dom strukit över den signerade summan på kvittot som vi signerade till städerskan när vi hade tagit varor från minibaren och laggt till en öl och i B4 hade dom laggt till chips och öl som inte var rätt.
