The loft wing is a stone throw away from the main building, there is no staff or lobby at the loft wing, there were one day we hang the room service tag on the door knob but our room were not cleaned.
The swimming pool at the loft wing is a turn off, i would say it is still in construction. It may have a better one at the main building.
The breakfast was average.
The room is clean and nice, satisfied.
Overall I will give 4/5 to this hotel, a pleasant stay, and will recommend to my friend and would consider to stay next time. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

Hotel staffs are friendly and able to communicate in english, we will absolutely stay at this hotel again in our future visit to Phuket." |
