However, this time the I was very disappointed with the service and especially the house keeping. The room was typically serviced after 5 pm and the corridors rather dirty. This hotel can no longer be regarded as a 4 star one and I will not stay there again." |

However, my wife and I felt that the air-conditioner was actually too cold and made the air much too dry. And changes to the thermostat did not make any real difference to the room temperature. Eventually, the room was too cold or the air-con was off." |
